Our client is seeking a Store Manager to run their Saint John, NB location. Having been in business for more than 30 years, this unique tire store specializes in providing customers and dealers with quality products including mobility solutions for Passenger and Light Trucks, Heavy Truck, Agricultural, Earthmover, and Recreational tires.
As the ideal candidate, you will be skilled in:
People Management, Inventory Management and Budgeting. The focus of your role will be to manage our customer service staff and provide our clients with incredible service. You will oversee store operations and support corporate initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the Commercial Tire industry is ideal
- Computer proficient
- Experience managing people in a retail environment
Compensation and Benefits:
You will earn between $40,000 - 45,000 as a base salary and have some opportunity for bonus. There is an excellent health care plan in place as well as perks like a subsidized fitness membership, etc...
