Salon Leaders are responsible for the sales and profitability of the salon, providing ongoing coaching and mentoring for their associates, and ensuring all guests receive outstanding customer service.  Our salon leaders must possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales and/or retail management
• Demonstrate above average communication and leadership skills
• Experience in inventory management
• The ability to empower a team to maximize its potential
