Position Summary:

Responsible for greeting customers and selling DownEast Communications products and services. Ongoing customer service is necessary to maintain and acquire new clientele. Also provides administrative services including filing paperwork, keeping personal information confidential, ensuring that current promotions are handled correctly as well as standard operating procedures.

Position Responsibilities:

• Facilitate ongoing customer service (sales, service, assistance, relations-presentations to corporate clients on occasion; programming phones over the phone).
• Monitoring inventory by receiving, counts, spot checks, ordering, ensuring proper inventory levels.
• Assisting staff and co-workers with issues and ensuring proper procedures are adhered to.
• Providing various custodial duties such as cleaning shelves, floors, and display glass as required.
