Essential Qualifications:
- Active registration with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick, or eligible for such registration.
- At least one year's experience in critical care, or completion of Critical Care Course or two year's Medical/ Surgical nursing.
- Current Cardiac Monitor Interpretation Course or successful in challenge exam at time of hire.
- Current certification in BCLS. Current ACLS certification.
- Must also be willing to orientate to CCU and NICU.
- All mandatory certifications must be up to date.
- Mentally and physically able to perform assigned duties.
- Good previous work records.
- Ability to attend work on a regular basis.

Basic Duties:
To holistically coordinate the care of each patient, incorporating the nursing profession's values of knowledge, theory and practice. To assess, plan, implement and evaluate the needs of patients and significant others in the delivery of care and collaborate with all members of the interdisciplinary team in this approach.
