Bilingual Health Information Consultant
Location: Moncton

We are looking for personable, professional, and enthusiastic individuals to apply their superior customer service skills towards providing information and support to consumers and health care professionals via telephone and e-mail.  This is a growth potential position.  We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including a profit-sharing plan, and provide a great working environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service:

  • Provide information and telephone counseling to consumers regarding a variety of health-related programs.
  • Make outbound calls as needed to respond to inquiries and/or follow-up with program participants.

Communicate clearly and accurately:

  • Access electronic and written responses to questions.
  • Follow scripts and standard operating procedures (SOP's) to avoid errors or opinions.

Document accurately and with attention to privacy:

  • Utilize program databases to accurately track call purpose, requests and outcomes.
  • Follow SOP's to report adverse events or Quality Control issues.
  • Protect caller confidentiality.

Provide support as required:

  • Enter voicemail messages into databases.
  • Other data entry as required.
  • Respond to e-mail queries.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingualism (Eng/Fr or Eng/Spanish, written and spoken) is a requirement
  • Health background, such as RNA, Pharmacy Technician or other health-related courses
  • Three to five years experience in the work force
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multi-task
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Call center experience would be considered an asset

The ideal candidate will understand the importance of working in a team environment and delivering solid customer service for clients and be prepared to provide quality performance even with repetitive tasks.
