Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the overall spa success through personal sales
• Recruit, train and coach spa consultants in reaching their sales goals
• Prospecting for new members and business partnerships
• Tracking and reporting of overall results
• Ensuring complete focus on the customer experience
• Ability to aid members on establishing a healthy lifestyle and wellness regimes

Requirements:

• Experience in sales and management
• Willing to complete all required training, which may include occasional travelling
• Proven personal success in performance driven sales environment
• Must have proven leadership skills
