Title: Sales - Marketing Manager 2

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Business degree
• 5 – 10 years experience in Sales
• Experience with the Aerospace and Defence Industry
• High level of computer skills
• Prior marketing research and analysis experience an asset
• Must be eligible to meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Canadian government security clearances

Description of Duties

• Lead the capture of new business to meet booking targets that are aligned with System Support and ES' strategic direction
• Develop pursuit communications plans pre and post RFP submission
• Develop strategic relationships for pursuits when required
• Schedule, chair and organize customer meetings
• Participate in planning and represent ES at trade shows and events
• Generate booking forecast
• Present monthly updates to Senior management
• Maintain customer knowledge database (including contact information, budget and mission data)
• Provide inputs to annual budget requirements
• Significant domestic and international travel
