Graphics Coordinator / Supervisor

With existing growth and continued efforts to penetrate new international markets, we are currently seeking a Graphics Coordinator / Supervisor to join our Graphics team. Reporting to the Graphics Manager, the successful candidate will supervise and coordinate the daily administrative and graphics activities of the Graphics Project Coordinators, Graphics Technical Administrators, and Senior Graphics Technicians.
Requirements for the position include:
- Undergraduate degree or four (4) years experience in a leadership role
- Two (2) years experience in a graphics pre-press or related role
- Two (2) years experience working within a flexographic printing environment preferred
- Proficiency in the use of both MAC and PC operating platforms
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel software programs
- Demonstrated strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Excellent team-building and project management skills
- Proven strong negotiation skills
