| The Ideal Candidate |
Our Client is looking for a dynamic, positive minded, highly organized Bilingual Membership Services Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Executive Officer of the Association you will also be accountable to each Board of Directors at local levels. You will enjoy working autnomously, creating your own schedule and organising your work week. You are someone who thrives in cultivating working relationships and enjoys the realisation of a well planned out and executed idea. |
| Job Description |
The successful candidate will be responsible for- - development and implementation of a membership services program - serving the needs of the membership - exploring and developing other potential areas for memberships throughout the province - coordinate board of directors meetings and committee meetings; - coordinate monthly dinner meetings and find guest speakers - coordinate annual summer outings (bbqs, auctions, etc) - coordinate annual Holiday Parties - prepare all correspondence for the Local Associations as required - perform the bookkeeping functions of each of the Local Association and prepare financial statements as required (budgeting purposes) - coordinate each Local's annual membership directory

| Requirements |
- Fluently Bilingual - written and spoken (French and English) - Previous experience in association management or related training - Able to follow a plan, drive home the objectives of the Association - Proven history of event coordination - Good keyboarding skills, knowledge of MS Office suite - Knowledge of Simply Accounting (an asset) - Outgoing, Enthusiastic, Positive Minded - Highly organised and understanding of time management |
| Compensation and Benefits Details |
The compensation will consist of salary, commission, car allowance and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental, and much more. |
