Our client has an opportunity for a Corporate Lawyer to join their legal group in their Saint John, NB Head Office. This Group engineers, fabricates and erects both steel & precast concrete building components and performs specialty construction services. It has experienced steady, stable growth since its conception in 1955 with eight plant locations spanning from Halifax, Nova Scotia to Binghamton, New York.

As a Corporate Lawyer you will be involved with the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements, intellectual property issues, acquisitions and risk management. You will provide legal and business advice on a daily basis to the management of the company.

The ideal candidate will possess solid business skills and 5-7 years of business or contract law experience either in a major law firm or as counsel of a major corporation. Your excellent communication and detail oriented skills will allow you to flourish in this fast paced environment.
