Reporting to the District Manager, the Branch Manager will be responsible for all employees in the Maritime Provinces.
This includes:
- Responsible for development, implementation and attainment of an annual business plan and operating budget.
- Implement corporate objectives and initiatives.
- Manage Human Resource processes including people development, staffing, compensation and performance management.
- Foster good communication within all business lines, including effective problem resolution.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction.
- Manage Corporate Compliance, proper business practices and code of conduct.
- Ensure operations conform to provincial and federal regulations.
- Manage local litigation and labour relations.
- Maintain positive public relations to promote a reputation of quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Business/Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in the service industry i.e. new equipment, service and maintenance of equipment.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in progressive management roles.
- Experience managing people, budgets and Profit & Loss.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibits a high level of integrity and work ethic.
- Turns problems into opportunities.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and can-do approach.
