The Halifax branch of The People Bank is currently recruiting for a Workforce Forecast Analyst, for our client located in Bedford. This is temporary opportunity with a minimum duration of 3 months with a potential for a continuation.

Skills

• B.A./B.S. Degree in Business or equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience in a workforce management forecasting role
• Exceptional proficiency with Aspect, MS Office, Excel and Microsoft Access
• Strong analytical skills
• Exceptional organization skills with a proven ability to multitask
• Passion for exceptional customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and foster partnerships with internal teams
• Driven to continual improvement of processes and working environment
• Ability to handle fluctuating workloads, conflicting priorities and concurrent activities
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
• Desire to learn and share knowledge
• Works well independently

• Attention to detail, practical problem solving abilities, ability to proactively identify opportunities and quickly implement solutions

Additional requirements include having a positive and a professional attitude, as well as a strong aptitude for technical concepts. Shift work is required as well as availability for shifts in this 24/7 environment.
