Our client in Halifax, NS has an immediate opening for a Resource Manager. In this role you will be responsible for staffing new projects, Promotions, Training and replenishment of resources. You will work with the delivery manager to understand all projects upcoming and ongoing to make sure you have the right people for the project. You will be responsible to manage the pool of resources and on going training.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in resource management
• Strong business acumen
• Experience within Human Resources
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to manage resources on multiple projects
