Key responsibilities
This unique position will allow you to use your creativity and people skills while acting as the primary resource for staffing, for Store Managers, Market Managers and Directors of New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island. If you enjoy people interaction, variety and travel, you will be a key player in the attraction of frontline employees and employer acknowledgment for your region.
You will:
- Optimize attraction of candidates for frontline positions by planning and attending Job Fairs, developing relationships with employment assistance organizations and schools, coordinating ad postings for vacant positions and organizing special recruitment activities
- Collaborate to the development and improvement of recruiting tools
- Analyse turnover rate and focus on specific stores and areas
- Support and coach Store Managers on efficient recruitment practices
- Participate in the recruitment process for stores where the needs are exceptional.
Candidate's profile
- Bachelor's or College degree in Human Resources
- Fluency in French and English
- Proficiency with Word, Excel and Power Point
- Valid driver's license and ability to use a car on a daily basis
- Available for daily travel throughout NB and PEI
- Recruitment, human resources or retail experience an asset.
