As part of an expanded focus on providing Human Resource services for their employees, our client has an opening in the newly created position of Human Resource Manager, based in Halifax, NS.
Although this is a multi-faceted role with a variety of responsibilities, two areas of focus for the incumbent will be labour relations and policy/program development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline with a concentration in Human Resources or a post-secondary diploma in Human Resources
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Human Resources
- A minimum of three (3) years experience in labour relations
- CHRP designation is preferred.
