Our Hamilton client, a non-profit and community based organization, is interested in Counsellors on a renewable contract basis. This position requires you to work 5 days/week; some of these shifts would require you to work on evenings and weekends.

| Responsibilities |
- Provide advice, counselling/guidance to inbound callers
- Moderate online discussion forums
- Engage in continuous learning and skill development
|
| Requirements |
- completed post secondary education in one of the following disciplines: science, psychology, sociology etc.
- able to apply cognitive behavioural therapy
- related professional counselling experience an asset
- addictions counselling preferred
- keyboarding and database experience with the ability to pick up new programs easily
- non-smoker
