Job Summary:
The incumbent will provide rehabilitation services within the scope of professional practice in occupational therapy. Clinical duties include providing evaluation, treatment and consultation services to a clientele made up primarily of children; however, the successful candidate will also provide certain services to adults and seniors. This position also involves work in the area of disease and injury prevention, health promotion and healthy lifestyle education. This client-centered approach requires active participation within a team.

Requirements:

• Registered member of the New Brunswick Association of Occupational Therapists and eligible for membership with the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists;
• Current CPR certificate;
• Knowledge of French essential; functional knowledge of English also required;
• Ability to provide French training sessions to families;
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment;
• Flexibility with regards to work schedule.
