Surf Lodge Community Continuing Care Center
Surf Lodge Community Continuing Care Center is located in the beautiful village of Lockeport, Nova Scotia. It is one of six Homes owned and operated by MacLeod Group, which has its Head Office in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. The Administrator will be responsible for the overall management and operations of all departments within the Home. The ideal candidate should have a degree in a health related field and a minimum of five years experience in senior leadership, finance, conflict resolution, and human resource management to ensure the delivery of quality care services in a safe and effective manner to our clients in the Home. The successful candidate requires excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and be self-motivated and able to support a team management approach. The Administrator will report directly to the Operations Manager and the Vice President for Gera-Care Investments Ltd.
