Executive Director

Victoria Glen Manor Inc., a 65-bed licensed nursing home is seeking an Executive Director who will be responsible for the general management of the facility. This will include maintaining good working relationships among Residents and their families, staff, volunteers and Board of Directors; budgeting and financial management in accordance with Department of Social Development requirements; and human resource management of approximately 100 employees.

Applicants should have a degree in Health Administration or related field; five years experience at a senior management level in a health care facility; excellent communication skills; experience in financial and human resources management; and expertise with a variety of computer applications.  The successful candidate must be self-motivated, with proven abilities in management, decisionmaking, planning and organization.

Salary and benefits are in accordance with the Management Pay Plan as set by the Department of Social Development, Nursing Home Services Division.
