Responsibilities:
Under the direction of a Rehabilitation Services Manager the incumbent is responsible for a clinical caseload ensuring the quality and timely completion of services. Essential components of this position include a high degree of expertise in decision-making, creativity, interpersonal skills and professional development. The Orthotist will attend clinics, rounds, conference as required and provide supervision and evaluation of students and/or technicians. The Orthotist functions as both a member of an orthotic clinical team, and a multidisciplinary hospital and/or community health care team. Must maintain certification through continuing education programme as outlined by the Canadian Board for Certification of Prosthetists and Orthotists.

Qualifications:
* Must hold title of Certified Orthotist from the Canadian Board for Certification of Prosthetists and Orthotists
* Problem solving and analytical skills must be highly developed
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Hours of Work:
* Permanent Full-time position; 75 hours bi-weekly
* Monday to Friday; 0800 - 1600

Salary: Certified Orthotics/Prothestics Clinician:
$30.4315 - $33.5184 Hourly
