The Clovelly team is looking for the right individual to lead and manage the operation of the BackShop; to ensure all duties are performed to service members and guests in a welcoming and professional manner.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
The BackShop Supervisor is required to hire, train, schedule and lead a BackShop team to complete the following:
- Clean and store member clubs and pull carts
- Manage club rental and cart rental fleets
- Maintain POS reservation station
- Manage daily cash requirements and controls
- Ensure excellence in customer service for all members and guests
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- First Aid, CPR Certification
- Computer proficiency ; willingness to learn new software (training provided)
- Knowledge of the game of golf
- Team player; problem solver; natural leader
- Enjoys a fast paced environment; minimal supervision
- Punctual and reliable
This is a seasonal position starting immediately.
