The Clovelly team is looking for the right individual to lead and manage the operation of the BackShop; to ensure all duties are performed to service members and guests in a welcoming and professional manner. 

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

The BackShop Supervisor is required to hire, train, schedule and lead a BackShop team to complete the following:

• Clean and store member clubs and pull carts
• Manage club rental and cart rental fleets 
• Maintain POS reservation station
• Manage daily cash requirements and controls 
• Ensure excellence in customer service for all members and guests

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• First Aid, CPR Certification
• Computer proficiency ; willingness to learn new software (training provided)
• Knowledge of the game of golf 
• Team player; problem solver; natural leader
• Enjoys a fast paced environment; minimal supervision
• Punctual and reliable

This is a seasonal position starting immediately.
