Copier Customer Service Representative

Reporting to the Area Service Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for servicing copier and multifunctional office solutions for customers, including diagnostics and repair of equipment, as required.

Key responsibilities include:

• Installing, servicing and maintaining Pitney Bowes multi functional products at customer's premises within specified guidelines and towards total customer satisfaction.
• Accurately reporting all activities and time using a standard methodology to ensure accurate customer billings and internal records.
• Presenting a professional image in all interactions with customers and other departments.
• Meeting and exceeding all standards required by Pitney Bowes such as, first time fix and parts inventory management.
• Providing timely and courteous customer service.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in a related field.
• Technical competence with specialization in electronics or hardware/software
• A+ certification (N+ is considered an asset)
• Previous experience with copier connectivity.
• Previous experience in a copier and or multifunctional office solutions maintenance environment would be an asset.
• Good track record of performance in technical service and customer relations.
• Excellent electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and retain knowledge quickly and a willingness to develop new skills as the job evolves.
• Team player.
