Our client is currently looking for a Senior VP Sales to lead the efforts of their Canadian and US Sales Teams.  As the successful candidate, you will manage all aspects of sales for the organization through the VP Exports, VP Retail US and Canada, VP Foodservice Canada, VP Foodservice US and two Directors of National Accounts.

Additional responsibilities will include:

 •Establish and implement short and long-range goals and objectives
 •Develop and execute annual business plans to maximize revenue and profitability
 •Implement a best in class sales methodology and utilize appropriate metrics to continuously improve the   sales process
 •aggressively growing the revenues through the development and implementation of  sales and marketing strategies

You are results oriented and a natural leader with an entrepreneurial business drive.  You possess exceptional interpersonal and negotiating skills and VP level experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods sector (preferably food products with established International markets).  Your proven track record of significant sales accomplishments, in depth understanding of the US market and your ability to lead and motivate a talented sales team will ensure your success in this role.
