Reporting directly to the President, the Regional Vice President, Atlantic Canada will manage the Region's $140 Million business operations at 25 locations in Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick. The Regional Vice President will be responsible for developing, preparing and executing operational plans based on an ambitious and challenging strategic business plan. The Regional Vice President will provide leadership, direction and support to multi-location management teams to achieve the Region's financial and operational goals. This individual will monitor and analyze operating results and their principle components to maximize client retention and meet growth targets while also driving operational efficiencies. With a focus on growing existing and new business in Atlantic Canada, this role will assist in increasing the Region's revenue and profitability, analyzing operation capabilities and ensuring adherence to budget.

We seek a high calibre professional with a background of excellence within a leading Canadian company. The ideal candidate will have an Insurance Industry Professional Designation (CIP, FCIP, CAIB) and extensive senior management experience within a multi-million dollar corporation managing a comparable portfolio of business. Able to work successfully across all levels of the organization you have experience building and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders and are adept at drawing the best from your team. A highly effective communicator you will translate strategic business goals into effective team initiatives and provide decisive and inspiring leadership to the Atlantic Regional team.
