Job Description
The Retail Store Manager will assume similiar responsibilities to a Sales Representative and much more. This appliant must take accountibility and ensure that the highest level of customer service is provided in the store. They must set an example and enforce all company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Administration of policies and procedures
  • Weekly and Monthly reporting to Head Office
  • Inventory Management
  • Drive the sales of products and services by achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Maintain a high level of customer service to set an example to staff
  • Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures
  • Ensure customer concerns are resolved with urgency and good judgment
  • Stay knowledgable about
     products, services, promotions, and policies
Requirements
  • 1-2 years previous retail management experience
  • Must have experience with sales, operational, merchandising, and stock activities for a retail store
  • Minimum educational level: highschool graduate or equivalent
  • College degree preferred
  • Strong ability to build rapport with others
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Excellent customer service, professional presentation and communication skills
  • Computer literate
Compensation 36k - 40k ($17.50-20/hr)
