• Proven Customer Service abilities and strong telephone skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage clients and provide needs based solutions.
• French language skills are an asset.

| Responsibilities |
- Responsible for contacting existing customers promoting various products and services in a professional manner
- Will provide quality service that exceeds customer expectations
- Navigates computerized system and accurately enters data
- Properly records the call disposition on an internal data reporting system
- Keeps up to date on new products, program processes, rules and requirements

| Requirements |
Bilingual - French & English
Prior Sales and/or Customer service represenative
Ability to handle irate customers |

31k - 35k ($15-$17.50/hr) |
