Description: The Supervisor Operations is responsible for meeting the daily deliverables of the client and other Citco office's Service Level Agreement. The supervisor will lead a team that require a comprehensive understanding of trading, positions and cash reconciliation processes with prime brokers and counterparties. The successful candidate will have the ability to follow manage work processes and interact with high profile clients. Must have an in-depth understanding of complex financial instruments.

Your most important tasks and responsibilities are:

• Responsible for completion and review of daily operational deliverables in line with client/ other Citco Offices service level agreements.
• Review daily trades, position and cash reconciliation
• Monitor and analyze daily portfolio pricing
• Break resolution for all open items with the brokers or clients
• Updating Security Master File information
• Review of  OTC master agreements and confirmations
• Support the conversion of any new clients and existing migrations
• Processing and verification of  Corporate Actions
• Work with Operations Analyst on any opens issues per client
• Work with clients/ other Citco Offices and Operations Support to resolve any open issues.
• Verify Security Master set up to ensure proper P&L capture and risk management reporting
• Assist in verifying test results for all in house system enhancements
• Assist Operations Manager in allocation of work to staff.
• Assist Operations Manager in work-flow processes and implement work flow process improvements.
• Assist operations staff to resolve day-to-day issues.

You will have the following background and competences:

• Bachelor or master level degree in accounting, finance, economics or professional accounting designation (CFA, CGA, CMA, CA, CPA);
• 3 - 5 Years in Financial Services with an exposure to P&L Reporting or Operations processing
• Product knowledge, Domestic, Global and OTC security markets, Fixed Income and derivative product knowledge.
• Strong Customer Relationship skills
• Knowledge of Hedge or Mutual Funds
• Strong analytical skills
