Our client, a well established, Maritimes based industrial distributor, is looking for an experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to join its Moncton team.

Duties of the position include:

• Serve as primary contact with accounts 
• Process purchase orders and requests for quotations 
• Provide customers with product and delivery information 
• Work closely with warehouse personnel to meet customers' requirements 
• Provide presale and post sale support.
• Develop professional relationships with new and existing customers.

The successful candidate must have the following skills and attributes:

• Strong product knowledge with regard to hydraulic and pneumatic hose and fittings
• At least 2 years of inside sales/customer service experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Good computer skills with Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good telephone presence with customers
• Very good verbal and written communication skills (bilingual preferred)
• Ability to meet goals
• Organized, self motivated and fast learner
