Requirements

• Proven exceptional ability with Oral and written experience with both Spanish & English
• Strong communication skills
• Strong ability to concentrate and correct recorded information in a timely manner
• Good problem solving
• Computer and typing skills (approximately 30wpm)
• Experience in Customer Service an asset
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Flexibility is required
