We are seeking talented individuals to fill the role of Product Sales and Service Representative in our Halifax and Yarmouth offices. The Product Sales and Service Representative is responsible for identifying and offering products and services to meet the needs of current Register.com customers; we do not outsource our business.

We are looking for individuals with:

• Strong personal sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and take initiative.
• Previous contact centre experience.
• Ability to achieve and maintain high level of customer satisfaction with each contact.
• Able to analyze customer needs and recommend the appropriate products and/or services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A drive to achieve above average earnings through demonstrated sales achievement.
