| Job Description |
Working in a professional, positive environment, you will provide personalized customer service to meet or exceed our customers' time and quality expectations. Representatives will execute transactions promptly and accurately, respond to customer requests and inquiries.
Inbound representatives will research customer concerns. Heavy emphasis is placed on your communication and interpersonal skills. You are passionate about providing quality customer service and enjoy working in a service-focused environment.
In addition, you are results oriented and enjoy the challenge of meeting or exceeding service targets. As an Inbound Call Center Representative, you play a key role in helping our client efficiently maintain their business through your ability to provide high quality customer service. |
| Requirements |
- Fluently Bilingual Mandatory (French and English. Unilingual candidates will not be considered.) - Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a call centre or other customer service environment (retail, etc) - Advanced computer/keyboarding skills. - Effective and accurate decision making skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task. - Exceptional telephone communication skills. - Must have high school diploma (preference given to those with a post secondary education) - Must be flexible to work within the hours of operation (Monday-Friday between 8am-9pm, the occassional Saturday or Stat Holiday from 9am-6pm.)
