Sancton Access is searching for a self-starting, highly-motivated individual to fill the new position of Customer Service Coordinator. To be based in the Dartmouth office, this position will be responsible for meeting the needs of both external customers and internal operations staff.
 
Specifically, the duties of the position include but are not limited to the following:

• Receiving incoming customer calls.
• Servicing drop-in customers.
• Processing customer orders.
• Assisting with the scheduling and logistics of product delivery.
• Servicing and supporting internal staff re: operational, administrative and health and safety needs.
• Tracking and recording inventory.
• Dealing with customer problems and issues.
• Maintaining good customer relations.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Exceptional customer service skills, acquired through at least five (5) years in a customer service position.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, troubleshoot and multi-task.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with an attention to detail.
• Ideally, previous experience in the construction industry.
• Previous involvement in an ISO 9000 process an asset.
