Working at a call center in Burnside, employees are responsible for monitoring incoming email and telephone inquiries. Employees' primary responsibility will be customer service, promptly and politely responding to customer inquiries and working closely with other team members. The focus of this position is customer service; however this position may require coordination aspects as well.
Ideal candidates possess the following skills:
- Computer literate – able to work with Microsoft Outlook, Office and Excel,
- Able to type 40 words per minute,
- Supreme oral and communication skills,
- Customer service oriented with a professional attitude.
Ideal team members must be reliable, self driven and take pride in their work.
Shifts: Full time. Day/Afternoon Shift
