The National Bank is currently looking for a Technical Advisor for its Assistance Centre located in Moncton. The mission of this sector of activity is to contribute to the performance of the Bank's business network, by handling the administrative dimensions of the client's operations and by providing the appropriate tools and structure to the personnel, in a challenging environment and focused on their involvement and development.
Nature of contribution
Reporting to the Manager, you will ensure the quality of interventions and services offered in your sector of activity by acting as a resource person and technical advisor in your field of expertise.
Main responsibilities
As a Technical Advisor, you will advise and support stakeholders with regard to the products offered, the systems used or the application of work processes. You will need to be proactive in your work environment, notably by formulating recommendations to improve the quality of services, systems or processes. You will also monitor activities or interventions to ensure the quality of services offered. Moreover, you will carry out various analyses of routine files with existing models.
You will also be required to:
- Identify problematic situations and collaborate with others to solve problems by selecting and applying established methods and techniques.
- See that the procedures and tools meet the needs of the stakeholders.
- Ensure the implementation and compliance to the policies, standards and procedures related to the sector of activity.
- Compile, produce and analyse various reports and statistics according to the established deadlines.
- Participate in solving operational problems.
- Implement mechanisms to ensure the statistical data integrity.
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of new systems and processes.
- Monitor and control the daily activities by updating the center's list of activities and the development of a management chart.
- Ensure the achievement of specific mandates and their implementation.
- Ensuring a first level office technology support.
- Understand the needs of the stakeholders, identify the problems and adjust your interventions in function of the situations by providing a quality service.
Qualifications
- Completed college diploma in a related field and three years of relevant experience
- Experience in analysis
- Writing experience
- Experience in coaching, an asset
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point and Access
- Organisation sense
- Autonomy, initiative and rigour
- Good team work and collaboration skills
- Bilingualism both spoken and written (English and French)
