Customer Solutions Representatives - Bilingual & Unilingual
Location: Saint John

Manpower is currently recruiting for Customer Solutions Representatives- Bilingual & Unilingual for a local Saint John company.  These are full time temporary indefinite positions with an anticipated contract length of 1 year.  The operating hours for this client are anywhere from 9am- 10pm, with 3 different shifts available. These positions are all full-time hours that will be paid at a competitive hourly rate. You must be out going and enthusiastic and have a passion for people. 

Requirements:

  • Superior English communication skills are a must- Bilingual French is an asset!!!
  • Have completed High School Diploma (University Degree or any other Post-Secondary programs an asset)
  • Answer telephones in a friendly manner and perform customer care activities for approximately 6-7.5 hours per shifts
  • Obtain customer background or problem information
  • Input information into a computerized database
  • Handle incoming calls regarding specific client equipment
  • Dispatch technicians to customer locations, and follow up with technicians
  • Provide telephone support for a variety of calls ranging from general inquiries to technical service issues
  • Process inbound telemarketing calls
  • Use telephone diagnostic systems to remotely assist customers with technical problems
  • Escalate specialized technical problems to a Specialist
  • Assist customers with ordering supplies and managing customer account inquiries (ie billing status, installation dates, supply information, referrals, and service history)
  • Demonstrated PC and typing skills
  • Previous contact centre/customer service experience is an asset
  • Professional and mature with the ability to develop quality customer service relationships quickly
  • Must be a self-motivated team player, with a positive can-do attitude and solid work ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

In this Customer Solutions role, you will be responsible for dealing directly with the end-consumer regarding a variety of products and solutions. You will be responsible to handle inbound calls relating to a variety of products and topics.
