Job Description

-Interact with Field Fleet Account Manager to maximize customer satisfaction. 
-Issue Resolution 
-Satisfy customer inquiries by managing incoming calls 
-Responsbile to assist sales team to achieve targets. 
-Hours are from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. - Four day rotating shifts

-Industry and product knowledge 
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
-Problem solving capabilities 
-Strong consultative skills 
-Proficient in computer knowledge (ie: Excel)
