This position is Bilingual or French speaking only.

What is the job exactly?

This position consists of helping customers in Ontario and Quebec connect to the Internet, retrieve their email and aid in supporting value added services provided by the client. 

You will be asked to follow technical flow charts that help fix common Internet related issues.  Identify customer needs for additional services and offer products to them.  In short your job will consist of helping customers out from a technical connection issue and then selling additionally needed products.

Business hours are from 9 AM to 1AM AST, 7 days a week.

What are the requirements to be eligible to work from home?

  1. You will need a closed area free of noise and distractions
  2. A dedicated computer
  3. A dedicated phone line with no features added on the phone such as voicemail, call forwarding, call waiting etc…
  4. High Speed internet connection

What are the requirements of the job?

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows based applications
  • Call center experience and sales experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Dependable, reliable, and able to perform duties with minimal supervision
  • Ability to interact positively with peers and supervisors
  • Answer inbound calls with guidelines established by the client and call center management
  • Must demonstrate flexibility, be a self-starter, and thrives in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Candidates must be flexible to travel to our Moncton location for 2 - 4 weeks for training.
