Customer Service Representatives
Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
November & December Start Dates
Salary $22,000*-$28,000*

*$2000 additional annual Language premium paid for French / English Bilingualism

Bonus Incentive Opportunities up to $2,000 annually

We are looking for team players with well developed interpersonal and customer service skills, strong time management and organizational skills, the ability to analyze and solve problems, great attention to detail, the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple duties, and adapt and function proficiently in a fast-paced work environment. We expect our employees to convey an image of 'nice and easy to do business with'.

The role of CSR is to provide basic technical support to our clients. The CSR responsibilities includes basic Level 1 troubleshooting,  processing service orders, responding to general inquiries, maintaining accuracy of customer databases, ensuring overall customer satisfaction, and achieving business goals and objectives.  Ideally, you possess a post-secondary education, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; proficiency in Microsoft operating systems is preferred. Knowledge of basic computer hardware, software and Internet functionality is a strong asset, combined with previous work in a call centre environment.
