Manpower is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a local Saint John company. This is a full-time position that will be paid at a competitive hourly rate. You must be out going and enthusiastic and have a passion for people.
Requirements:
- Be fluent in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication in both languages
- Have completed High School Diploma (University Degree or any other Post-Secondary programs an asset)
- Have very effective telephone skills
- Have relevant contact centre/customer service experience
- Willing to work in a flexible, changing environment
- Willing to deal with challenging consumers on a daily basis
- Must be proficient with keyboarding and Internet navigation
In this Bilingual Customer Service role, you will be responsible for dealing directly with the end-consumer regarding a variety of products and solutions. You will be responsible to handle inbound and outbound calls relating to a variety of products and topics.
