Exciting career opportunities are available in our dynamic team-spirited environment.  We are currently seeking 3 highly motivated Reservation Sales Associates.  As a Hotel Reservation Sales Agent, you will be empowered with the challenge of meeting and exceeding performance objectives, which include: quality of service, productivity, efficiency, and teamwork.  You will respond to inbound customer calls utilizing sales and service techniques to sell and promote Wyndham products and services.  You will handle inbound calls and make reservations, while applying standard sales techniques and providing superior and efficient customer service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Grade 12 education level/GED complemented with over 6 months experience in a customer service focused environment
• Must possess superior verbal and written communication skills
• Solid customer service/sales background with the ability to up sell and add value to the customer experience
• Strong interpersonal skills exhibiting a high level of professional
• Computer basics and strong keyboarding skills
• Experience in meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Eager and available to work a flexible schedule
• Knowledge of world geography is considered an asset
