Reporting to the Regional Service Manager, the Technical Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries and requests to ensure the effective assignment, confirmation and completion of Technical Service activities for the assigned area of business.
The successful candidate will possess a willingness to bring superior customer service to the customers and an ability to maintain that high level of customer service. Agents are required to be bilingual (written and spoken). Previous experience in customer service required as well and experience in a call center environment an asset.
Requirements:
- Grade 12, relevant post secondary education
- Previous technical training an asset
- Proven ability to provide accuracy in all customer related information
- Works well in fast-pasted environment, supporting team member to benefit the customer service goals
- Intermediate computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office including Access is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
