English/Cantonese/Mandarin Interviewers - Market Research
- Training provided; No selling
- Part-time evenings and weekends-flexible hours and schedules
- Work a minimum of 20 hours per week based on your availability
- Flexible Shifts: Mon – Fri between 5pm – 10pm (limited shifts Mon – Fri between 5pm – 1am) Saturday 10am - 6pm (limited Saturday shifts 3pm -11 pm; occasional Sunday 1pm - 6pm)

As an English/Cantonese/Mandarin Interviewer at Blue Ocean Contact Centers, you will conduct Market Research surveys with eligible respondents using software (training provided). If you are curious by nature and detail oriented, we invite you to consider the fast-paced, dynamic industry of marketing research. Market research provides the information that service providers need in order to develop marketable products/services to build or maintain their competitive edge.
Your major responsibilities will be:
- To conduct market research surveys on a variety of topics
- Accurately record responses
- To remain unbiased throughout the call
- To comply with established Market Research guidelines
- To quickly and effectively assess and resolve challenging situations
As a successful applicant, you:
- Have excellent communication and listening skills
- Possess customer service skills and experience
- Have a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
- Possess a strong proficiency in English, Mandarin, Cantonese languages
- Are happy to work in a scent awareness environment and maintain a professional appearance in accordance with our business casual dress code
- Enjoy switching between different projects on short notice
- Thrive when working within deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Are able to remain unbiased and not offer any personal opinions
- Deal well with rejection
