| Job Description |
You will be apart of the front-line customer support team handling all consumer and client inquiries. This position also has an administration component to it so computer savvy candidates are needed.

| Responsibilities |
Customer service and sales support, Entering orders into the computer using the SAP system, Answering phones regarding stock availability, shipment confirmation, product information, Daily filing of completed deliveries, Vendor shipment preparation, Packaging of small shipments, Credit note preparation, Draft filing
|
| Requirements |
- Candidate must be able to work in a true team environment - we are a very close knit group!
- Must be able to meet daily deadlines
- Knowledge of appliance industry, credit and inventory procedures are also assets
- Must be able to attend product training sessions
- Data entry skills
- Must be able to follow procedures
- Must be detail and oriented
- Must have some Customer service background
- Administrative background is also ideal
