The Manulife Bank Advisor Support Centre in Halifax is currently looking for a dynamic, customer service oriented individual to join our team as a Bank Service Representative (BSR).  Reporting to the Manager, Advisor Support Centre, the BSR performs all activities related to the servicing of Manulife Bank's advisors and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality service to advisors and clients via the telephone
• Handle high volumes of telephone inquiries within established productivity goals
• Research and resolve inquiries within specified turnaround times
• Handle sensitive issues in order to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide detailed oral and written communication to line areas regarding inquiry resolutions

Hours of operation of the centre are 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the customer service industry required
• Proficient computer and keyboarding skills
• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience required
• Previous experience working in a bank is an asset
