Job Description:Member Services Field Representative(15 Month Term)
The leader in Atlantic Canada’s poultry and egg processing industry is looking for an innovative and creative individual to join the team in our Agricultural Division.
Responsibilities:
• visiting ACA members’ farming operations to advise and offer information regarding husbandry practices.
• working with poultry producers to optimize Producers’ financial return and bird quality.
• work with the processing plant regarding bird quality issues
• generate and track production numbers as required
• work as part of the Fresh Value Stream participating in CI and Lean initiatives
Qualifications:• grade 12 education plus post secondary in agricultural(Poultry)
• demonstrated above average interpersonal, communication, problem solving and listening skills
• excellent computer skills, and experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Word
• valid drivers license
• strong commitment to health & safety
• ability to work independently
