Help Desk Analyst (Moncton) - Job Code: MHD-2-CB

Job Description
The ExxonMobil Business Support Centre in Moncton is seeking qualified candidates to continue building its ExxonMobil Information Technology Help Desk.  Individuals will respond to inquiries from ExxonMobil and Imperial Oil employees from North America, Europe, and Africa, providing world-class customer service and problem resolution. A number of career positions are immediately available in our Moncton location.

Business Skills

  • Strong desire to work first-level telephone support, help with technical problems, excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Team player, ability to adapt to rapid changes and interface with other Information Systems support staff
  • Flexibility in work schedule, punctuality a must
  • Excellent telephone communication skills

Technical Skills

  • Competency in email (Lotus Notes preferred)
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • General knowledge in troubleshooting various popular technologies

Qualifications

  • 1 - 2 years relevant IT work experience or post-secondary IT diploma
  • Bilingualism an asset (English/French)

Shift Flexibility

New Hires will be placed on a shift rotation between hours of 3am-10pm, 8½ shift within, Monday - Friday.
