Technical Support Representative
 
Do you love to play with cool new electronic devices and gadgets? Are you the person who happily sets up new devices for friends and family, just to see how they work? Do you enjoy talking on the phone and walking a friend through how to fix something? Do others consider you a terrific person that has the ability to communicate well with a variety of people? Do you have more el ectronic devices than pets? Do you have retail, technical, or customer service experience and can't imagine a more rewarding place to utilize those skills than supporting OLS customers?

If so, you might have what it takes to become an OLS Technical Support Representative!

Responsibilities:

  • Enrich the lives of OLS customers by providing unparalleled customer service.
  • Provide complete and appropriate technical solutions for OLS customers via phone.
  • "Wow" our customers by listening attentively to their needs, gain agreement on the resolution and bring the issue to conclusion.
  • Troubleshoot simple to complex technical issues with customers with a positive and knowledgeable approach.
  • Adjust your approach to all levels of customer experience.
  • Teach and educate customers on support options, and the steps being taken to resolve their issue.
  • Analyze information then drive it to resolution.
  • Communicate positively with team me mbers, customers, and other partners - remember you represent the OLS brand.
  • Oh yeah - and have fun! After all, this is OLS.

Qualifications:

  • Have passion for technology.
  • Has a personal computer, technical devices like iPod, cell phones, PDA's, etc.
  • Experience with fixing the above devices.
  • Comfortable navigating software applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft programs and MAC.
  • Loves interacting with people.
  • Seek challenges and enjoy finding answers.
  • Are eager to discuss tips and tricks and why iPods rule!
  • Experience with sales and positioning benefits to customers.
  • Relevant experience in Retail, Technical Support, Help Desk Support, or Customer Service.
  • Strong communicator both verbally and written.
  • Possess an excitement and passion for the company and product you are representing and the ability to share this passion with your customer.
