Non-clinical Shared Services Agency Inc. Board of Directors
Location: Open/Undisclosed

New Brunswick health care is putting patients first. To support this, clinical and non-clinical health services delivery in New Brunswick has been transformed into a new structure that supports a standardized, efficient provincial approach to health care.  The new health system will include two Regional Health Authorities, a non-clinical services public sector company and a Health Council.

On behalf of the Province of New Brunswick, we are inviting applications from qualified New Brunswick residents to participate in a governance or Health Council role for these new organizations.

The Non-clinical Shared Services Agency Inc. will assume responsibility for some non-clinical services and programs in a phased in approach over three years. As a member of the Non-clinical Shared Services Agency Inc. Board of Directors, you will bring some combination of Board experience, general business experience and/or knowledge of current and emerging health issues along with expertise in one or more of materials management, telecommunications, biomedical engineering, energy engineering, information technology management, finance or human resources.

If you would like to be considered as a Director for the Non-clinical Shared Services Agency Inc. Board of Directors, please send a letter outlining your interest and your resume to nonclinicalBoard@robertsonsurrette.com or to Robertson Surrette at 77 boul Vaughan Harvey Blvd., Suite 101 Moncton, NB E1C 0K2.
