Saybolt, an International Oil Services Company, is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant in our Burnside Location.
Are you a motivated individual with a passion for organization and possess at least 3 years experience in an Administrative role?
Qualifications and Experience:
- Grade XII plus graduate of a recognized office administration program/business program/secretarial program and/or a combination of education, training and progressively responsible experience
- Minimum 3 years related experience
- Diplomacy, professionalism as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Intermediate Word processing skills are required (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- IATA Dangerous Goods course would be considered an asset
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and make decisions related to duties and responsibilities
- A team player
