Our client is seeking a Recruiter to join their team and help expand their services within the promising, marine and offshore industries of Newfoundland and Labrador. As a result of our client's commitment to customer service they are searching for a dynamic individual to assist them in developing a broader scope of talent within the St John's region.

As a Recruiter you would be responsible for providing our client with further insight into the offshore industry within the St John's marketplace. You would use your superior networking skills to expand your contact list and help identify new clients as well as new customers within the industry. In addition to having connections to the oil and gas industry you would take pride in your work and would be confident that you can excel in this role. 

As the ideal candidate, you would possess a post secondary education, preferably in a marine, offshore or engineering field. Previous experience in a recruiting role would be an asset. Experience in the off shore industry is a must. The ability to network and identify skilled candidates is essential. Prior association with NOIA would be an asset.
